Copper futures drive the price of brass, bronze, and electrical copper.

About SAE 841|Oil-impregnated sintered iron-bronze bearing (iron-based with copper and tin). Higher load capacity and wear resistance than pure sintered bronze (SAE 863). The iron base gives structural strength while the bronze and oil provide lubrication. Self-lubricating under normal operating conditions. The standard for medium-duty sleeve bearings in automotive, agricultural, and industrial equipment. Not a machining material — pressed to net shape from powder. Compare to SAE 863 (pure bronze, lower load capacity, better corrosion resistance) and C932 (cast bronze, much higher load capacity, fully machinable).
About Plate|Thick flat stock, generally 3/16" and up, used for machined base plates, fixture plates, wear surfaces, and structural fabrication. Heavier grades get milled, drilled, and tapped directly.
