About Phenolic Linen|Linen-reinforced phenolic laminate (LE grade). Fine linen fabric layers give better machinability and surface finish than canvas grades. Used for gears, bearings, and precision electrical components. The best-machining phenolic grade. Compare to Phenolic Canvas (tougher, coarser) and Phenolic Grade XX (paper-based, less impact resistant).
About Plate|Thick flat stock, generally 3/16" and up, used for machined base plates, fixture plates, wear surfaces, and structural fabrication. Heavier grades get milled, drilled, and tapped directly.
