About 230|Red brass (85% copper, 15% zinc). Richer in copper than yellow brasses, giving it better corrosion resistance and a warm reddish-gold color. Machines reasonably well but not in the same league as C360. Used for architectural hardware, plumbing fittings, and decorative applications where the color matters. Good for brazing and soldering. The higher copper content makes it noticeably more expensive than common yellow brass. Compare to 260 cartridge brass (cheaper, more yellow, less corrosion resistant) and C110 copper (even more corrosion resistant but much harder to machine).

About Round Tube|Hollow cylindrical stock for sleeves, bushings, spacers, and hydraulic cylinders. DOM (drawn over mandrel) tubing machines well and holds tight tolerances. Welded-seam structural tube is for cutting and welding, not precision work.
