I'll send you a one-page PDF with:
- I mark prices that already look competitive.
- I mark prices above the distributor pricing I track.
- I flag likely reasons for gaps, including sales channel, lead time, spec, freight, and terms.
- I identify the 1–2 lines most worth re-bidding.
I'll also tell you which lines I would leave alone and when two quotes are not directly comparable. The report ends with a simple recommendation for your next RFQ.

How to send your quotes
Forward the quote emails from your latest RFQ, attachments and all. Do not organize them first. One quote is enough, but the full batch gives me more context.
Recent quotes for bar and plate in steel, aluminum, stainless, copper, or brass are the most useful, especially orders where you received only one quote. I can review other metals too.
I'll confirm receipt within one business day and tell you when to expect the report, usually within 3~5 business days.
How I handle your quotes
For the review, your quotes stay private and are not shared with suppliers.
